Here are some of the ministries and auxiliary organizations we have here at Sperring.

Youth Movement Organization (YMO)

Mission Statement:
To nurture young people’s spiritual, emotional, and social growth, helping them build a strong foundation in faith, love, and service to others while creating a supportive community where they can thrive and make a positive impact.

Key Components:

  1. Spiritual Growth – Encourage regular Bible study, prayer, worship, and discipleship programs.
  2. Community Building – Provide a safe and welcoming space for youth to connect, share experiences, and support one another.
  3. Service and Outreach – Engage in mission trips, volunteer opportunities, and local outreach to instill the values of compassion and service.
  4. Personal Development – Equip youth with skills for leadership, decision-making, and handling challenges in a Christ-centered way.

Ultimately, the goal is to help youth develop a deeper relationship with God while being active, compassionate members of their communities.

Women's Missionary Union (WMU)

Mission Statement:
To inspire and equip women to grow in their relationship with God, strengthen their faith through fellowship and Biblical teachings, and serve their families, communities, and the world with love, compassion, and integrity.

Key Components:

  1. Spiritual Growth – Offer Bible studies, prayer groups, and retreats to deepen women’s understanding of Scripture and strengthen their relationship with God.
  2. Fellowship and Support – Create opportunities for women to connect, share life experiences, offer encouragement, and build lasting relationships within a Christ-centered community.
  3. Service and Outreach – Empower women to engage in local and global outreach projects, volunteer efforts, and charitable activities to meet the needs of others.
  4. Personal and Leadership Development – Provide opportunities for personal growth, leadership training, and mentorship to help women live out their God-given potential and lead in various spheres of life.

The mission aims to foster a sense of purpose, unity, and empowerment as women grow together in faith and service.

The Brotherhood

Mission Statement:
To build strong, Christ-centered men who are committed to spiritual growth, authentic brotherhood, and serving others with integrity and purpose, equipping them to lead in their homes, workplaces, and communities.

Key Components:

  1. Spiritual Growth – Offer Bible studies, prayer meetings, and mentoring to help men deepen their faith and become more Christlike in their daily lives.
  2. Brotherhood and Fellowship – Create a supportive environment where men can build meaningful, authentic relationships, share struggles, and encourage one another in their walk with God.
  3. Service and Outreach – Equip men to serve their families, churches, and communities through acts of service, mission work, and charitable endeavors.
  4. Leadership Development – Provide opportunities for men to grow in leadership, both within the church and in their personal lives, fostering accountability, wisdom, and a spirit of servant leadership.
